Dvoretsky Vladimir Gennadyevich, “Variability of zooplankton of Arctic seas“ (MMBI KSC of the Russian Academy of Sciences) became the winner of the competition of 2009 for the state support of scientific research of young Russian scientists- PhD holders.

        The winner of the competition of 2009 for the state support of scientific research of young Russian scientists-doctors of sciences, became Dr.Sci. (econ) Skufyina Tatyana Petrovna “A scenario of social - economic development of regions of the North of the Russian Federation» (IEP KSC of the Russian Academy of Sciences)

        For significant personal contribution to the development of productive forces, and preservation of the environment of the Murmansk region and on the occasion of the 20 years from the date of establishment of the Institute of industrial ecology problems of the North of KSC, the Russian Academy of Sciences Zosin Anatoly Petrovich – head of laboratory of ecology of industrial production of INEP KSC of the Russian Academy of Sciences is awarded a Certificate of honour of the governor of the Murmansk region.

        For significant personal contribution to preservation of the biodiversity of the region, for preservation of the environment of the Murmansk region and on the occasion of the 20 years from the date of establishment of the Institute of industrial ecology problems of the North of the KSC, Russian Academy of Sciences Isaeva Lyudmila Georgievna – head of laboratory of terrestrial ecosystems of INEP of KSC of the Russian Academy of Sciences is awarded a Certificate of honour of the governor of the Murmansk region.

        For his merits in research activity, significant contribution to social and economic development of the Murmansk region and in connection with his 60-th anniversary Vladimir Alekseevich Masloboev, vice-president of KSC of the Russian Academy of Sciences, director of the Institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences the Institute of the North industrial ecology problems of the Kola science centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a Dr.Sci.(engineer.).is awarded a Certificate of honour of the governor of the Murmansk region.
